At the Flagstaff Hill Football Club, we believe in providing all Players, Coaches, Trainers, Support Staff and Spectators with an encouraging, enjoyable, successful and safe sporting environment, in keeping with our philosophies of club spirit, junior development and constant improvement.

In helping us to achieve this, we have developed a child protection policy and conduct agreements for Coaches, Trainers and Support Staff, Players, Spectators, and Officials. We have also developed procedures for recruiting personnel and for dealing with breaches of the policy and conduct agreements.
